Surf Tour Kingscliff and Byron Bay

Our weekly surf tours in NSW are at the heart of our surf school experience. We take our students beyond the classroom and into some of the most stunning coastal locations in the region.
During the tour, you’ll not only learn how to surf, but also explore hidden beaches, walk to breathtaking lookouts, and spot incredible marine wildlife such as turtles, dolphins, and manta rays.

HOW THE DAY ROLLS

Morning Departure


We depart from 10 Beach Rd, Surfers Paradise at 9:00am (departure time may vary depending on ocean conditions).
We arrive in Kingscliff where you’ll have time to grab a coffee, relax, and enjoy the coastal atmosphere while our instructors prepare the equipment and get everything ready for your lesson.

Surf Lesson at Kingscliff


After coffee, it’s straight into the surf!
Our professional surf lessons are designed specifically for beginners. We focus on teaching the fundamentals, building your confidence in the water, assessing your level, and most importantly — getting you up and riding waves.


Lunch at Byron Bay


After the surfing lesson, we will head straight to Byron Bay, where we will have lunch and spend some time exploring the town centre, browsing local shops, and relaxing at Main Beach.


Afternoon and Sunset


After lunch, we will head to Little Wategos Beach, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Australia. Here, the real locals are dolphins and it’s not uncommon to spot them passing by and playing in the waves.
As sunset approaches, we will begin our panoramic walk, stopping at lookout spots such as the most easterly point in Australia, before finishing the day at the lighthouse, watching the sunset.
